Terms of Use
These terms keep a small household beta safe, understandable, and honest about what the application can and cannot do.

Who may use Chorus
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the household you create or join. Keep your Google account secure, do not share a login, and do not invite someone without permission to include them in the household.
Household responsibility
Household super admins control membership, exports, and permanent deletion. Admins control bills and operational catalogues. Members are responsible for the information they add and for checking that a shared action is appropriate before completing it.
AI and household guidance
Bill extraction and recipe generation are assistive drafts, not guarantees. Review merchant details, amounts, ingredients, allergens, cooking temperatures, and food safety before relying on them. Chorus is not medical, financial, legal, or emergency advice.
Medicines workspace
Medicines is an optional adult-only cabinet stock and expiry register. It is not a prescription, dosing schedule, adherence monitor, clinical record, treatment recommendation, or emergency service. Do not rely on it to decide whether, when, or how much medicine to take. Follow the medicine label and advice from a qualified health professional, and contact local emergency services when needed.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful material, malware, secrets belonging to someone else, identity documents, payment-card credentials, or content unrelated to ordinary household coordination. Do not attempt to cross tenant boundaries, bypass access controls, overload AI endpoints, or interfere with another household.
Availability and beta changes
Chorus is a private beta and may change, pause, or lose availability. Export important data regularly. Features may be corrected or removed when required for security, privacy, cost control, or platform compatibility.
Ending use
You may stop using Chorus at any time. A household super admin can export and permanently delete the household from the application. Material updates to these terms use a new version and require a fresh acknowledgement.
